Looking for a way to kickstart your journey with Victory Virtual Fitness? Try out an 8-week program to get a taste of the kind of results you can get!

All programs will be delivered to you through Truecoach and will include workouts with video demonstrations of each exercise, detailed instructions for form, sets and reps, AND the ability to record your results so you can watch your progress over the course of the program.

    This 8 week program is for those interested in beginning their fitness journey but don’t know where to start. This program uses resistance bands and bodyweight only and will focus on basic movement patterns to teach you how to move safely and effectively.

    Best of all, complete this program from the comfort of your home with minimal equipment for maximal benefits.

    *Equipment Required: set of resistance bands.

    This 8 week program is a comprehensive mobility program for Aerialists, Pole Artists, and Dancers centered around injury prevention and maintenance so that you can keep doing what you love.

    Focusing on the problem areas common with gravity-defying arts we will maintain joint integrity, develop strength/control in your end ranges, and increase range of motion safely and efficiently.

    *Equipment Required: yoga blocks, resistance bands, a pole or pull-up bar, small set of weights.

    This 8 week program is for those interested in a well-rounded approach to their fitness. With a combination of strength, mobility, and cardio training, we’ll set you up for success and create a body that’s capable of taking on all of life’s adventures.

    *Requires a gym membership
